Talent Acquisition Operations Lead (m/f/d) Germany

 

 

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

 

  • Provide leadership in achieving the Talent Acquisition (TA) goals and objectives for all sites in Germany.
  • Mentor, coach and lead the German TA team.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates and support regionally/globally as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support for recruitment activities while driving process and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement university recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with people leaders and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide consultation and training on TA processes to include but not limited to interviewing, full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, onboarding.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition policy, processes and tools.
  • Partner with key individuals across broader talent organization and other key stakeholders to improve pre-hire and post-hire onboarding experience.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a HR Professional or in a similar role, preferably in the chemical industry.
  • Leadership experience is advantageous
  • Fluent in German and proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in using SuccessFactors
  • Knowledge of Recruitment and strategic sourcing best practices
  • Excellent communication and strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and changing environment
