Sr. Business Process Service Specialist

Basic Function

The incumbent is a business processes subject matter expert for specific parts of the Lead to Cash process including Forecast to Plan, Lead to Order, Order to Cash, Produce to Deliver and/or Supply Chain (i.e. SC) processes. Focus is on Forecast to Plan (F2P). The incumbent interfaces with Super Users, Business Stakeholders and IT Product Team on process performance, translates requirements into standardized and global processes and actively contributes to improvement projects. Work includes day to day support, liasion, analysis, SAP test management and training. Occasionally the incumbent will lead small to medium projects over several parts of business process to make significant performance improvements. 

We are looking for candidate who is strong at Sales & Operations Planning Process, have solid experience in the implementation of SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO) and Business Integratin Planning (IBP), should be able to work with a collaborative team to drive for continuous improvement in S&OP process and support system deployment.  Experience in documentation processes, definition of functional requirements, identifying and recommending process improvements, conducting GAP analysis, full cycle SAP implementation.

This position also serve as liaison with Global BPSS F2P team, be Demand Planning workstream focal point represent Asia region.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Interfaces with Super Users, Business Stakeholders and IT Product Team to monitor performance of APO and IBP processes and contribute to creation of proposal for improvement
  • Is able to understand and design “to be” processes, integrate them with existing ones, make process flow diagrams, implement, explain and train users.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvements, often covering multiple parts of the Lead to Cash domain for different business divisions.
  • Occasionally lead small to medium project to imprve processes over several parts of Lead to Cash domain to make significant performance improvements.
  • Participate in solving urgent and important operational issues.
  • Contribute to coordination of SAP test work (in particular Monthly Release).

Personal Specification

Education: 
University / college degree preferably in economics, finance or supply chain.

Work Experience: 
Minimum of 5-8 years in multi-national company in commercial or supply chain functions (customer service, shipping, distribution, procurement) 

Functional Competencies

•    Sold experience in the implementation of SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO) and Business Integratin Planning (IBP) is preferred
•    Good understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process is MUST. General knowledge about order fulfilment, logistics and manufacturing process is preferred
•    Strong experience in documentation processes, definition of functional requirements, identifying and recommending process improvements, conducting GAP analysis, full cycle SAP implementation
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Project, Sharepoint, Word, Access, Excel, VBA
•    Analytical and numerical skills, with concerte experience of data simulation analysis, build process map and plans
