AP Accountant

Basic Function

The purpose of the job is to process vendor payment, expense reimbursement, Concur & company card management, reconcile accounts payable transactions and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Validate and book AP invoices, arrange AP payments in accordance with payment term and company payment procedure
  2. Efficiently monitor the status of pending invoices and timely communicate with functional departments and suppliers to solve AP and payment issues
  3. Handle expense reimbursement, Concur & company card management
  4. Provide training related to concur, reimbursement policy to newly hired staff
  5. Handle BAD acceptance, discount and transfer
  6. Work with GL team to meet monthly closing deadline and perform accounts reconciliation
  7. Prepare monthly AP aging report with comments on long aging balance
  8. Update bank related documents timely and maintain relationship with banks
  9. Actively participate in internal and external audits to provide require information
  10. Support projects on accounting related process
Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in finance and accounting area
  • Working experience in a multinational company environment, with ability to operate in diverse cultures
  • Experience in share service center and excellent in SAP system

Licenses & Certifications:

  • professional accounting certification such as Certified Public Accountant / Charted Accountant is preferred


  • Be familiar with SAP system and skillful in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Familiar with key accounting principle under US and IFRS GAAP

Languages:  Mandarin and English
