Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Regional Supply Planning Manager to lead, coach, and develop the regional supply planning team, while overseeing end-to-end regional supply planning operations. This role will be responsible for developing and executing short- and long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, optimizing regional supply strategies, enabling cross-functional alignment, and optimizing inventory, service levels, and operational performance. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership, analytical rigor, and supply chain expertise to support business growth, facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, monitor key performance indicators to mitigate supply disruptions, champion continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring supply continuity and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.    Lead the regional supply planning team in developing and executing short- and long-term RCCP supply plans aligned with demand forecast, while proactively balancing inventory levels and addressing production capacity constraints.
2.    Drive continuous improvement of regional supply strategies, including production footprint optimization (where-to-produce), make-to-stock / make-to-order strategies, and other tactical models, to deliver highly cost-effective and efficient end-to-end supply solutions.
3.    Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators including inventory DOH, inventory aging and service levels; proactively identify potential supply disruptions and develop robust contingency plans to ensure stable supply continuity.
4.    Facilitate cross-functional alignment and timely communication between demand planning, site planning, production, and procurement team to identify, resolve, and prevent supply chain bottlenecks.
5.    Tolling management, including qualified a new toller, negotiate, finalize annual agreement.
6.    Lead and coach the regional supply planning team, set clear performance objectives, and drive accountability to achieve or exceed established KPIs.
7.    Champion team-wide continuous improvement initiatives, including streamlining planning processes, digitizing manual workflows, enhancing data analysis capabilities, enhancing system utilization (e.g., SAP/ERP), to enable a more agile and accurate, decision-making.
8.    Manage cross-regional alignment and coordination with global IBP COE team, to implement the best practices IBP in APAC regional.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Education
•    University bachelor degree.

Work Experience 
•    Proven experience in supply planning, production planning, integrated business planning (IBP/S&OP), with a track record of managing regional or multi-site planning activities. 
•    Direct experience leading, developing, and managing a planning team. 
•    Deep knowledge of supply chain dynamics, inventory optimization, capacity management, and toll manufacturing processes. 
•    Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills. 
•    Advanced analytical skills with experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), planning tools, and data-driven problem-solving. 
•    Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
•    Multi- industries planning experience is preferred

Languages
•    Fluent English and Mandarin (Chinese) for both speaking and writing 

Other skills
•    Proven data analysis capability, Strong in Excel, Knowledge in advance BI tool (e.g., PBI) is a plus
