BASIC FUNCTION:

The purpose of the job is to manage SEA Packaging sales activities, including set up sales strategic via one pager, executing it via 101055, drive the growth funnel via customer segmentation and key account management, leading the sales team on the transformational journey

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Define sales one pager strategy for SEA Packaging to translate the business strategy to sales strategy for the team
  • Commercial excellence execution, owning the customer segmentation, driving channel management for selected customer, key account and high potential account growth via 101055
  • Drive growth funnel, ownership on the data accuracy, and also driving SFDC stages ahead.
  • Building up effective sales team with clear KPI measured, put the Hunters focus on growing high potential customers, creating the culture for proactive approach

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Education:
•    University degree in commercial/polymer/plastic/Packaging

 

Work Experience: 
•    More than 10 years of working experiences at sales and marketing of related industry and at least 5 years of experience in sales management role. 
•    Experience in working in a transformational sales management organization.
