For our production site in Seevetal near Hamburg, we are looking for a

 

Inside Sales Manager (m/w/d)

 

 

Scheduling, administration, and time and content coordination of all incoming sales orders with order takers and production management as well as with the shipping function. Commercial customer support of the customer base defined by the Director Sales & Technical Services

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • - Order entry and processing
    - Coordination of delivery dates with production and shipping
    - Maintenance of price lists and customer master data
    - Maintenance of data in the CRM program Superoffice
    - Customs processing of export orders
    - Commercial customer support (telephone, mail) with a travel portion of - Preparation of order backlog and other recurring or ad hoc analysis for the sales function.
    - Finance support in accounts receivable management

     

 

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • IT capabilities (SAP, MS Office, Power BI and Power Automate would be a plus)

  • Minimum of 3/4 years in Inside Sales and/or Supply Chain

  • Experience in working within an ERP system, preferably SAP

  • German and English is essential and preferred one other language of the main country under the responsibility

 

Competencies/Behaviors:

  • Sole decisions: Pricing within the framework of the 'Delegations of Authority' as well as a price and margin approval hierarchy to be developed in the division at short notice.

  • Co-decision: Development and communication of delivery dates with the respective customer manager, if this deviates from the desired delivery date.
