This is the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Senior Business Analyst to join our Digital Technology organization and partner closely with leaders and subject matter experts across Corporate Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, and Controlling. This role will help advance our enterprise Finance transformation by aligning processes, data, systems, and digital capabilities that strengthen financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and controls.

You are responsible for the following:

  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear business requirements for digital enablement solutions.
  • Lead the development of digital strategies and roadmaps for the implementation of Finance technology initiatives, including forecasting tools, regulatory technology, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities.
  • Enable improved forecasting and planning capabilities, including scenario modeling, predictive analytics, automation, and AI‑supported insights.
  • Support Finance process optimization by mapping current‑state processes, defining future‑state workflows, and identifying opportunities for digital simplification and automation.
  • Serve as a key liaison for Finance data governance, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data used for planning, reporting, and decision‑making.
  • Support regulatory and financial reporting readiness, including integration with IFRS/US GAAP reporting systems and audit expectations.
  • Partner with business stakeholders in understanding priorities, data gaps, inconsistencies and data quality requirements for Finance data models, metrics, and analytical structures that support enterprise reporting, performance management, and strategic planning.
  • Provide deep functional insights into Finance processes such as budgeting, standard cost development, variance analysis, revenue modeling, and long‑range planning.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams within Digital Technology including Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering & Analytics, and Platform Operations to align Finance requirements with enterprise platform capabilities.
  • Drive adoption of Finance technologies, including training, change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Stay informed on emerging Finance technology trends, including AI‑driven forecasting, automation, and advanced analytics, and recommend opportunities for innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to apply strong communication skills to resolve conflict professionally and routinely interact in cross-functional groups.

You Bring This Value

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or related Finance roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, planning, and cost analysis.
  • Experience implementing or supporting Finance systems (e.g., SAP, OneStream, OneSource, Workiva, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements (IFRS, US GAAP, internal controls, audit readiness, compliance frameworks).
  • Proven track record in defining Finance business requirements and partnering with digital/IT teams to deliver system enhancements or implementations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial datasets and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a global, cross‑functional environment and leading or contributing to Finance transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information and technology solutions to both Finance and non‑Finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve issues collaboratively, and support Finance leadership with timely, accurate information.
  • Ability to apply strong communication skills to resolve conflict professionally and routinely interact in cross-functional groups
