Serve as a senior-level HR Business Partner specialist, leading the design and execution of training and development strategies while managing complex labor relations matters. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring workforce capability, compliance with labor regulations, and sustainable employee relations aligned with business and corporate objectives
A Day in the Life
- Act as a senior strategic advisor to business leaders on training, workforce capability, and labor relations, influencing people decisions with significant organizational impact.
- Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of training and development strategies, including leadership development, technical training, and regulatory/compliance programs, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations related to training and development, including coordination, registration, and reporting of training plans and records before STPS through applicable systems (e.g., DC‑1, DC‑2, DC‑3, DC‑4 and SIRCE/SIRSE, as applicable).
- Lead labor relations activities, including interpretation and application of labor laws, internal policies, and collective agreements, and serve as an escalation point for complex employee relations cases.
- Partner with union representatives and internal stakeholders (where applicable) to maintain stable labor relations and support negotiations, conflict resolution, and change initiatives.
- Oversee external vendors and specialists related to training delivery and labor advisory services, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and compliance.
- Ensure governance, consistency, and compliance of HR policies, training frameworks, and labor practices across the assigned business scope.
- Act as a role model for company values, ethics, and leadership behaviours, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and respectful employee relations.
- Monitor and analyze key labor KPIs such as absenteeism and turnover (direct and indirect personnel).

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in administrative areas, Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Work Experience
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated senior-level expertise in training and development and labor/employee relations.
- Advanced knowledge of Mexican labor law, STPS training requirements, and labor risk management.
- Proven experience managing audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions related to training and labor compliance.
Languages: Basic-Intermediate English
