This is the role
As Value Proposition Strategy Sr. Manager you are responsible for value proposition development for the different CLC solutions, owns perspective on market development, trends and customer segmentation. You own the Circulen brand and Low Carbon Product & Solution strategy driving the growth of the brand in alignment with the company sustainability strategy, as well as to ensure all aspects of its marketing and manufacturing match.
You ensure the alignment on value proposition with commercial development director, S&OP, Product Marketing Manager and Sales.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the strategy development and Implementation
- Marketing Strategy, creating an enduring value proposition per brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and higher market share
- Leads the value discovery of new products/solutions and works with others to define value and pricing
- Ensure key internal stakeholders support the value strategy implementation, and ensure commercial teams have a good understanding of the value proposition and positioning
- Ensure the development of high quality and effective marketing materials to be used for the promotion of the CLC solutions including online and social media channels in coordination with marketing and communications teams
- Manages relationships with key Industry and trade organizations as well as key stakeholders within the value chain (like AEPW, The Recycling Partnership)
- Be on top of consumer/market trends and insights, which impact and creates opportunities for CLC brands growth

Looking for new opportunities and transformation is in your blood. With your strong communication skills you have the ability to interact effectively at various levels of brand owner organizations. You easily built trust and act with integrity by nature.
This is what you bring
- Min of Bachelor's Degree required – Technical Degree preferred;
- Advanced degree such as an MBA would be a plus, not essential;
- 10+ year experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business with at least 5 years of progressively increased leadership responsibility;
- Some prior experience in consumer goods industry, including markets, applications and customers;
- Must have a demonstrable track record of success in prior roles and proficiency with marketing strategy;
- Must have strong Project Management Skills;
- Willingness to travel 25% of time as required;
- Fluency in English is a must and any other language is a plus.
