This is the role

As Business Process Specialist you will be responsible for actively contributing to the improvement of existing processes, implementation of new processes and supporting the process knowledge base in the supply chain organization. You will be or become business process expert in one or more processes in the Lead to Order domain. You will work with Internal Customers (users, superusers, supervisors, etc) to understand performance of processes and lead/facilitates projects for improvement. Your work will include day-to-day Super User support, manage the super user community, liaising between a wide group of stakeholders, analysis of issues, SAP test management and leading various other tasks/smaller projects.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Interfaces with Super Users, CSRs and Team Leaders to monitor performance of SC processes and make proposals for improvements (BRDs) and/or make small improvements independently
  • Constantly improving the knowledge of the working procedures and instructions, the quality documentation and the quality governance; being able to identify and solve gaps in the knowledge.
  • Understand  newly designed processes, how to integrate them with existing ones, make process flow diagrams, procedures and explain and train the trainer (super users/subject matter experts)
  • Lead small to medium sized projects over one or more parts of the lead-to-cash domain to improve process performance.
  • Participate in solving urgent and important operational issues to the extend of helping find the cause and provide guidance how to solve immediate matters and how to address the root cause.
  • Coordinate EU SAP/System test work.

This is what you bring

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or technical field.
  • More than 3 years relevant work experience in a multi-national company in one or more several supply chain functions (customer service, shipping, distribution, procurement).
  • Proven track record in process optimization projects (including testing, training, problem shooting)
  • Solid understanding of SAP processes and comprehension of the pivotal role of master data
  • MS-Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Celonis and/or Salesforce preferred
  • Fluent in English. One or more additional languages are a plus
