This is the role

 

You will provide support to our newly formed Circular and Low Carbon Solutions business and its partners leading the annual performance planning, forecasting, reporting and analyzing financial results. Furthermore one of the key roles of this person will support the business in other financial matters/activities including mergers and acquisitions. You will ensure the reporting is reliable and has all the accurate information to maximize financial business performance and partners with the commercial and operating teams to derive shareholder value.

These are your roles & responsibilities

 

  • Preparation of the monthly rolling financial forecast – income statement and working capital – for the business on basis of the S&OP process, input from Procurement and financial forecast models
  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of the financial forecasting models
  • Analysis of the actual monthly business results and comparison to performance plan and forecast
  • Liaise with manufacturing/asset optimization for individual production plant cost reporting and margin analysis
  • Reporting and presenting of actual business results to senior and executive management
  • Preparation of business annual performance plan and fixed cost annual performance plan in cooperation with senior business management
  • Support business, segment and finance management in accounting and other financial matters with respect to the business
  • Participates in due diligence and integration of M&A efforts and process improvement initiatives
  • Plans own activities according to deadlines

This is what you bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance 
  • MBA or other advanced degree is an advantage
  • 8+ years of experience in planning, forecasting and financial analysis
  • Experience with OneStream, SAP and CIW/AO is a plus
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively as a team member, and achieve results through the contributions of other people within and outside the immediate organization 
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Solid information technology skills are required to access company data in support of performance management processes and to identify profitability improvement opportunities
  • Advanced analytical skills including spreadsheets, database, graphics, statistical forecasting and modeling
  • Advanced PC skills, including Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, databases, graphics, financial modeling
  • Fluent in English
