Senior Consultant Sustainability Procurement (m/f/d)

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Own and monitor the Sustainable Procurement performance management and reporting process (KPI measurement)
• Responsible for the Supplier Risk Mapping Process and Due Diligence
• Focus on implementation and compliance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Acts requirements
• Drive digitization of Sustainable Procurement target measurements and automation
• Conduct data research for a due diligence by analyzing supplier contribution
• Leads the sustainability assessment and audit process with focus on European and APAC suppliers
• Work collaboratively across global functions to secure consensus from senior leaders and their teams to embed sustainability into their ways of working
• Deliver engaging communication with internal partners, and suppliers

Qualifications

• Graduate / Business or Engineering School or MBA and at least 5-7 years’ experience in industry and/ or consulting industry
• Several years of experience in purchasing, quality or sustainability
• Solid project experience and/ or qualifications in sustainable development such as sustainable supply chain
• Strong analytical and modelling skills
• Experience in data analytics and statistics
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to drive high quality assurance in a complex dataset
• Understanding of sustainable supply chain trends, standards and guidelines and key assessment systems and tools
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Comfortable and confident liaising with key stakeholders across various levels
• Mission driven and wants to flourish in a global team working at the leading edge of sustainability
