This is the role

As the Manager – Core Portfolio & Digital Integration for C&LCS business segment, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and digital technology solutions. You will partner closely with C&LCS business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements related to core processes into actionable (mainly) ERP strategies. As the primary liaison between the C&LCS business segment and the broader Digital Technology organization, including ERP Strategy and Operations, you will guide the C&LCS ERP lifecycle stages—Transform, Grow, and Operate—ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your expertise will drive and support also the integration of new capabilities on top of the ERP system, supporting the C&LCS segment’s to thrive. Additionally, you will work closely with the Digital Technology Delivery Lead for ERP to ensure the successful achievement of business outcomes.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:


Business Partnership & Requirement Gathering:

  • Collaborate with C&LCS business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to core business processes;
  • Ensure that business needs are accurately reflected in the ERP system, supporting the unique requirements of the C&LCS segment.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather insights and define project objectives.

ERP Lifecycle Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between C&LCS business stakeholders and the Digital Technology organization, overseeing the ERP lifecycle stages—Transform, Grow, and Operate;
  • Work closely with the DT Delivery Lead for ERP to coordinate efforts and ensure that ERP strategies are aligned with business outcomes;
  • Lead the integration and alignment of ERP strategies with C&LCS business objectives, ensuring that digital solutions are effectively implemented and optimized;
  • Provide leadership and expertise during ERP project implementations, including active participation in Steering Committees.

Digital Integration & Capability Enablement:

  • Partner with others in DT to enable new capabilities on top of the ERP system, enhancing business performance and sustainability efforts;
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in ERP technology and digital solutions, recommending enhancements that align with C&LCS goals;
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives within the C&LCS segment, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and processes.

Stakeholder & Change Management:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the C&LCS segment, ensuring their needs are met throughout the ERP lifecycle;
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new ERP capabilities and digital tools;
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Project Management & Execution:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP developments within the C&LCS segment, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
  • Work in partnership with the DT Delivery Lead for ERP to manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to ensure successful project outcomes;
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and Steering Committees, providing insights into project status and risk mitigation strategies.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business transformation through technology and sustainability initiatives;
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and other relevant digital technologies;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and managing senior stakeholders;
Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

This is what you bring

•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field. A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant specialization in sustainability or environmental management is preferred.
•    10-15 years of experience in IT business analysis, ERP project management, or a similar role, with significant exposure to ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA;
•    Proven experience in leading ERP and digital transformation projects, with a focus on sustainability or circularity business models;
•    Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as manufacturing, supply chain, and sustainability within the context of circular and low carbon solutions;
•    SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA;
•    Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification;
•    Certifications or training in sustainability, circular economy, or environmental management.
