This is the role

As an Intern Data Management the scope of your assignment will be to develop and implement a robust SharePoint for the global product safety department. It will create order in the multiple activities and significant amount of documents ranging from regulatory information, presentations, Data files etc. on a wide variety of legislation and  projects with the aim to have efficient and effective communication and action within the product safety team as well as key stakeholders. Some detailed activities could be (but not limited to):

  • Set up adequate document sharing systems for the global Product Safety Team; 
  • Review existing documents and optimize archiving and filing systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the global Product Safety Team
  • Design and implement a robust archiving process, ~ tools as well as sharing procedures ( ex. Sharepoint, Documentum)
  • Design the internal web page of Product Safety to make it THE go to place for the internal customers (business, manufacturing, HSE, etc.)

 

The internship will be at least 6 months. Duration and starting date are to be discussed, depending on your preferences and needs.

This is what you bring

  • Currently enrolled your final year of a MSc or BSc (HBO) study in communication, data management, business administration or a related field.
  • Strong basis in Microsoft tools, specifically on SharePoint/Teams
  • Fluent in English; good level of reading and speaking another EU language is an advantage
  • You reside in The Netherlands and are allowed to work here without any sponsorship needed.
