Basic Function

Responsável por executar atividades operacionais no processo produtivo, incluindo lixamento, rebarbação e acabamento de peças, embalagem do produto final, abastecimento de máquinas e transporte de materiais entre setores. Atua também na pesagem de matéria-prima conforme formulação, identificação de materiais, organização e limpeza do ambiente de trabalho, além de auxiliar na operação de máquinas, como extrusoras. Deve seguir a folha de processo, garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, segurança e dos controles operacionais ambientais aplicáveis às atividades.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Dar acabamento as peças moldadas, peças já montadas da pintura aplicando massa rápida ou massa plástica;
  • Emassar, rebarbar, lixar as peças quando necessário;
  • Efetuar a embalagem dos produtos;
  • Manutenção da limpeza e organização do setor onde trabalha;
  • Efetuar o abastecimento das máquinas e transportar as peças de um setor para outro;
  • Pesar a matéria – prima de acordo com a formulação emitida;
  • Efetuar a identificação dos materiais;
  • Realizar o transporte de sacarias e tambores da área;
  • Operar a extrusora;
  • Auxiliar os operadores de máquinas.

Min. Qualifications

  • Ensino médio completo.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experiência anterior na função.
