We are currently seeking to fill a site position that will support LyondellBasell’s Mepol site in Riese Pio X, Treviso.
This Role represents the Company towards customers and the market:
- Collect customer requirements for products and services
- Share offers with customers
- Negotiate with client within the limits agreed with the Commercial Director
- Interact directly with clients to understand the management of complaints in synergy with the Commercial Director.
- Technical service and application development
A Day in the Life:
- Manage the customer relationship, including complaints
- Identify customer needs in terms of product and service quality requirements.
- Collect documentation and information necessary for product definition.
- Analyze the target market to identify potential new customers
- Prepare visit’s reports
- Prepare reports on market trends and customer performance
- Planning and implementation of improvement actions in cooperation with the Commercial Director.
- Increase customer order portfolio and new customers
- Implement knowledge and needs expressed and implicit of the market and customers
- Increase product share in the target market
- Increase the profitability of the product and service
- Participate in the organization of the trade fair with the aim of acquiring new business opportunities.
- Apply and comply with the rules and procedures relating to security aspects (ISO 28000 management system) and others (ISO9001..)
You Bring This Value :
Education and Key Requirements:
High school degree; Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degrees preferred
Work Experience:
3-5 years' experience in the chemical industry with at least 1-2 years' experience in Sales
Languages:
Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian
Licenses & Certifications:
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

- Good organizational and supervisory skills – team leadership skills
- Good interpersonal skills and pro-active
- Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment, practical understanding of need, and method for prioritization
