The Customer Service Specialist is the point of contact between the company and its customers for the operational management of orders and commercial requests. The role ensures a high level of customer service by guaranteeing process accuracy, respect of timelines, and effective collaboration with internal functions such as Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Planning.

The Role reports to the Commercial Director and interacts directly with customers.

A Day in the Life

  • Enter, check, and confirm customer orders in company systems (ERP NAV)
  • Monitors order status, shipments, and deliveries
  • Handles claims, returns, and non-conformities in collaboration with Quality and Logistics
  • Supports customers with information on products, pricing, availability, and commercial terms
  • Coordinates with the Sales team on promotions, contracts, rebates, and customer agreements
  • Maintains and update customer master data
  • Manages commercial documentation (orders, confirmations, invoices, credit notes)
  • Collaborates with Finance on credit management activities and payment issue resolution
  • Contributes to continuous improvement of Customer Service processes
  • Applies and complies with the rules and procedures relating to the Security aspects (ISO28000 management system), OCS program, Quality ISO 9000

You Bring This Value

Education and Key Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Languages, or related fields

Work Experience: 

  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Management roles
  • Experience in structured and/or multinational environments is a plus

Languages:

  •  fluent in spoken and written English and Italian, additional languages are a plus

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Professional qualifications or certifications are preferred but is not mandatory
