Production and Transport Planner

As a Production and Transport Planner, you will optimize the planning of finished products, raw material and transport operations with a focus on profitability, ensuring appropriate product inventory turnover and timely availability—both for the supply of materials to the plant and for collection by the hauler—thereby guaranteeing delivery to the company’s commercial customers.

A Day in the Life

You’ll start your day by reviewing the production plan and ensuring raw materials availability and finished goods readiness. You’ll check MRP signals in SAP, adjust orders, and coordinate with suppliers, production, and logistics to keep materials and products flowing smoothly.

Throughout the day, you’ll manage silo allocations, monitor inventory levels, and allocate batches using FIFO. You’ll work closely with carriers to confirm pickups, resolve transport issues, and handle export documentation when needed.

You’ll support urgent shipments, troubleshoot stock‑outs, and collaborate with colleagues across planning, production, and quality to keep operations on track.

Safety, compliance, and continuous improvement are part of your daily rhythm, ensuring every step of the supply chain runs reliably and efficiently.

You Bring This Value

• Vocational in logistics and transport and/or higher education in economics;
• Experience in similar position will be and advantage.
• High level of spoken and written English and Spanish;
• Good knowledge of transport regulations, customs procedures, insurance and Incoterms. Familiarity with the planning process (MRP) 
• Knowledge of SAP, particularly F2P and P2D;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
