Delivery Operations Supervisor

Basic Function

The purpose of this job is to manage operation process, team resource and 3LSP performance of delivery scheduling for service improvement and cost saving.
As process owner, this role is required to sustain delivery process reliability, identify opportunity and risk for process optimization.
As a supervisor, this role is required to improve team performance by coaching teammates and collaborating with related functions.
This role needs to closely monitor 3LSP to spot exception and catch up preset target.
 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sustain smooth operation cycle
• Setup team KPI and develop report to monitor team performance
• Recognize new business need and facilitate implementation
• Identify opportunity or risk to ascend service performance or establish mitigation plan
• Coach team with expertise and inspire team’s potential
• Accountable for the solution of delivery incident and effective communication to related partners
• Monitor accuracy & completeness  of team’s documentation filing
• Monitor vendor performance with KPI score card & incident record
• Participate in projects and assign breakdown task to teammates
• Maintain close relationship with related functions

Min. Qualifications

Education: 
University / college degree preferred or equivalent experience
IT capabilities (SAP, MS Office is a must. VBA, Python, BI skill will be a plus)

Work Experience: 
Minimum of 5 years in team management and 3LSP management

Skills:
•    Good understanding of business processes and operational procedures
•    Sound knowledge of logistics to achieve results in an efficient and cost-effective way
•    SAP experience, can support the SAP launch or SAP enhancement in region 
•    Master in office skill, can generate complex reports if needed. 
•    Presenting skill, skillful to present to internal and external biz partners.
