Basic Function

Primarily responsible for the global maintenance of Vendor Master Data in MDG (Master Data Governance) and SAP.
Support Vendor Master Data projects and other activities as needed and assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities

Create and maintain accurate Vendor Master Data.
Function as the primary contact with internal Vendor Administration customers.
Process internal customer requests in a professional, and timely manner, and in accordance with all Vendor Administration departmental procedures and controls.
Identify opportunities for process and control improvement, and raise these opportunities to team lead or department manager.
Support Vendor Administration efforts for data quality improvement of existing data in SAP and MDG.
Support Vendor Administration and Business projects as needed.

Min. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred and minimum of two to four years’ experience working with SAP in a Master Data, Accounts Payable, Finance, or Procurement type role; experience with the MDG (Master Data Governance Tool) is a plus.
Must have a Working to Advanced knowledge of SAP, and similar skills using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal (specifically in English, other EU languages are a plus).
Should demonstrate the ability to work in a team, and be able to work independently to meet team objectives.
Strongest Candidates will have Master Data specific experience in SAP, supporting Procurement or Finance.
