The MC&A Analyst – SSC Poznań provides critical manufacturing finance support to the EU Operations & Performance (O&P) and Fos manufacturing organizations. The role is designed to strengthen material capacity, continuity, and control within MC&A EU following organizational changes, ensuring accurate consolidation, reporting, and analytical support.
Working closely with EU MC&A leadership and site stakeholders, the role combines hands-on transactional execution with analytical and reporting responsibilities, delivering a cost effective and sustainable solution aligned with Finance Transformation objectives.
The position supports both month end close execution and forward looking performance analysis, contributing to timely reporting, strong internal controls, and data driven decision making across EU manufacturing.

A Day in the Life

  • Support entity’s month end close by executing transactional manufacturing controlling activities (WD1–WD5), currently performed at site level.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of manufacturing cost postings and close activities.
  • Provide analytical support outside of close cycles (WD10–WD20), including variance analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Act as transactional and analytical backup to ensure continuity and mitigate close and capacity risks.
  • Lead coordination, consolidation, and reporting for O&P EU manufacturing performance.
  • Prepare BRM presentation materials for senior leadership, including fixed and variable cost reporting.
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc analytical support to the MC&A Manager and SVP Manufacturing outside of close (WD10–WD20).
  • Coordinate activities related to asset strategy execution and performance planning within the MC&A O&P EU team.
  • Support timelines, data quality, and alignment across EU manufacturing finance stakeholders.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI reporting and analytical dashboards within MC&A.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, analysis, and close processes.
  • Contribute to strengthening controls, documentation, and standardized ways of working within the SSC environment.

You Bring This Value

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics (minimum).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Accounting, FP&A, and/or Controlling.
  • Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools, including SAP (CO, MM, FI) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated proactivity, flexibility, strong drive, and a “can do” attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively across organizational levels and geographies.
  • Proficiency in English; French is an asset.
  • Hands on execution combined with analytical mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Results oriented and accountable for deliverables.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix and SSC environment.
  • Continuous improvement and digital reporting orientation.
