HR Operations Specialist provides human resource services spanning employee HR support, payroll, benefits, and other transactions. Ensures efficiency of service center operations, technology and transaction processes. Establishes standards, procedures, and metrics for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programs. Coordinates services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers, business partners, and centers of excellence.
A Day in the Life
Part of centralized team for HR operational processes – Hire 2 Retire and everything in between.
First point of contact for HR transactional support – Hire, Terminations, Promotions, Legal Entity Changes etc.
Maintain employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors ‘SF’, SAP).
Execute Organizational changes and personnel requests.
Ensure employee data integrity and compliance.
Provide global HR data entry and validation.
You Bring This Value
• Associates degree in HR or field related to job duties, or equivalent experience (2-5 years).
• Written and verbal communication skills to provide accurate, clear and diplomatic responses to inquiries.
• Research and analytical skills to review and/or troubleshoot routine situations.
• Technical aptitude for navigating and instructing others on HR processes.
• Basic skills using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Explains detailed and/or complicated information within the team
• Requires a broad understanding of the job and applies skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures and systems or requires deep skills in a single area
• Understands how the team integrates with others to accomplish team objectives
• May act as an informal resource for team members with less experience
• Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on practice and existing precedents or procedures
• Impacts the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of the team; uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
