Roles & Responsibilities

•    Develop, design and test data visualization reports, dashboards, KPIs, and insights in Power BI from multiple data sources
•    Understanding business requirements and choose a data model that best fits user needs, customizing when needed
•    Work with other analysts and data engineers to identity and understand source data system & business requirements for solution delivery
•    Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for translating data into meaningful visualizations
•    Know how to implement row level security on data when needed
•    Develop tabular and multidimensional models that follow industry best practice
•    Publish and schedule automated refreshes per business requirements
•    Develop custom visuals for specific data in Power BI
•    Write SQL queries to connect to data sources
•    Work with other analysts and data engineers to identity and understand source data system & business requirements for solutions delivery
•    Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded like Power BI service or API automation
•    Develop complex data models to federate data from multiple data sources. Report and dashboard performance tuning. 
•    Design report and dashboard security roles.

Min. Qualifications

•    5+ years of experience in design, developing and supporting dashboards, data visualizations, and self-service tools with continual evolving complexity.
•    Proven understanding SQL, query and data systems
•    Proficient in Power BI, DAX functions
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Azure & cloud services
•    Proven ability to execute resourceful Agile development with sometimes ambiguous, conflicting requirements to be delivered in a pragmatic timeline.
•    Excellent cross-group collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
•    Possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to work with people at all levels
•    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced working environment

Preferred Qualifications

•    Experience with Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database)
•    Web services development experience
•    Industry-related MS certification preferred but not required
•    ETL and data wrangling tool experience is a plus
•    MS Power Automate
