As a Collection Team Intern, you will play a supportive role in ensuring the smooth operation of our collections processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reporting Support: Assist in generating and maintaining regular reports for the Collection Team, including aging analysis, dispute tracking, and performance metrics.
• Case Management Assistance: Help resolve older or long-standing collection cases by investigating account histories, contacting customers, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Chargeback Handling: Support the team in reviewing and processing chargebacks, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Portfolio Management: Manage a small portfolio of customer accounts under supervision, handling routine collection activities such as follow-ups, payment reminders, and issue resolution.
• Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and feedback to improve reporting tools, workflows, and customer communication strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Collection Specialists and other departments to ensure alignment and support on shared goals.

• Student of Finance and Accounting, Economics or Business studies
• Very good English skills,
• Advanced Excel skills,
• Willingness to learn and develop in accountancy area,
