Basic Function

This position will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization for all APS units in Brazil. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates and contributing to the overall improvement of our talent acquisition processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy
•    Support the implementation and execution the recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
•    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
Candidate Sourcing and Assessment
•    Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, candidates platforms, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
•    Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
•    Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments of potential candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
•    Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to support decision-making.
•    Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidate suitability.
•    Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
•    Develop creative and compelling job advertisements to enhance the employer brand.
Candidate Experience
•    Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
•    Collect feedback from candidates and continuously look for ways to enhance the overall recruitment experience.
•    Facilitate the negotiation process between candidates, HRBP, and hiring managers, ensuring competitive and fair offers.
•    Assist in the preparation of offer letters and related documentation.
Collaboration
•    Collaborate with HR partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to talent acquisition processes and practices.
•    Provide training and guidance to hiring teams on effective interviewing and selection techniques.
•    Ensure that all recruitment processes adhere to LYB policies and practices, and ethical standards.
Data Driven
•    Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
•    Prepare and present regular reports on key recruitment metrics and KPIs.

Min. Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
•    Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Analyst or in a similar role.
•    English Fluent.

Preferred Qualifications

•    Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
•    Familiarity with ATS SuccessFactors-SAP and other HR and Recruiting software.
•    Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
