Maintenance Engineer

Basic Function

Maintenance Engineer leads Maintenance activities of PDMA equipment and facility. He should have strong sense in HSE and comply with Site HSE procedure and strong awareness in 5S. He needs to enhance his ability in PCMA technology in equipment and facility continuous and train the maintenance technician. 

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Develop and implement a Preventive Maintenance and predictive Plan for related equipment.  Establish/update standard preventive maintenance system (e.g. SOP, instruction and PM). And give other staffs training.
2.Develop and implement an annual, monthly maintenance and inspection plan for related equipment
3.Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out at maximum efficiency, promote improvement in work practices led to better HSE performance, quality and achieved the maintenance KPI’s. 
4.Provide and Support Department manager to manage the department job, and to assist Department manager to develop technician’s skills improve training
5.Provide constructive idea and solution to the related equipment which is hidden design flaws, influence of the production efficiency and HSE issues. 
6.Provide technical support to solve the Equipment Emergency fault and organize the technicians to analysis and find out the root cause of the failure. 
7.Ensure to have right spare parts for PM job and establish the minimum stock standard of spare parts. 
8.Ensure that relevant equipment inspections / calibrations required by the company’s quality, safety and environmental procedures and Chinese legislations are completed on time.
9.New project and equipment introduced follow-ups closely and make the mechanical acceptance go smoothly and effectively.  
10.Maintenance Cost management and follow-up under budget. Continuously improve production process and facilities to meet EHS requirement, enhance productivity and reduce production cost. 
11. MOC management of Maintenance department. 
12．File systems management of Maintenance department.    

Min. Qualifications

Education:
College degree or above, in electrical and instrumental engineering, Chemical Machinery.
Work Experience: 
5-year experience in Maintenance department from multi-national Chemical company

Languages:
1.    Good written and oral communication in Mandarin. 
2.    Read and understand the Equipment manual in English. 

Preferred Qualifications

Work Experience: 
1.    5-10 year experience in Maintenance department from multi-national Chemical company
2.    Have strong HSE sense & housekeeping awareness. 
3.    Be familiar with equipment PM, and equipment reliability concept.
4.    Be familiar with PLC and operation. Be familiar with mechanical automation, electrical diagram, inverter and LED touch panel maintenance and operation. 
5.    There are good experience in rotating and fixed equipment repaired. Such as shaft alignment, machinal sealing/bearing replacement. Special equipment management.
6.     Be familiar with SAP skill.
7.    Strong team work spirit .

Licenses & Certifications:
1.    Electricity operation certification, low and high voltage operation license
