Quality Manager

Basic Function

Drive culture of Build partnership within QA and cross functional team. Also reviews the In process testing during production and mechanical properties testing with QA Engineer and interface with PAD manager where non conformity is observed to make sure that right quality product is produced and dispatched to customer. Ensure effective and efficient implementation of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 standard requirements and effective customer complaint management.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Enforce the Goal Zero Policy in the Department
  • Maintain and implement QMS 
  • Develop and implement QMS training programs and giving awareness 
  • Lead the lab operations and ensure documentation according to the requirement of IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015 specifically with respect to quality objective compilation, FMEA control plan, calibration schedule, MSA, RM status report, COA to customers 
  • Ensure effective implementation of corrective actions and preventative actions to meet internal quality audit and customer audit requirements.
  • Conduct product audit and quality management review
  • Handle customer complaint closure effectively.
  • Daily data management (SPC system), product release and COA issue 
  • QC equipment calibration and maintenance 
  • Provide the training to quality technicians and online inspectors
  • Make sure the high 5S level for QA office and testing room. 
  • Governing and overseeing the entire product quality assurance and quality control at site

Min. Qualifications

Work Experience:

10+ year experiences in similar position in automotive / chemical manufacturing or environment or industries with focus on safety consciousness .

Licenses & Certifications:

  1. Certified Internal Auditor – IATF 16949, ISO 9001, EMS 14001

  • Analysis skill: He or she can analyze the status of abnormal issue, make data/detail support for quality  Engineer or manager by use of quality tools, such as fish-bone chart, Pareto, FMEA, etc.
  • Lab Management:  he or she can monitor and make sure all process, procedures and WI in QC lab can be thoroughly implemented.
  • Integrity and Trust: As quality data must be independent and trustable, he or she should be always integrity for honest reporting testing results, which can build up the excellent quality image for internal and external customers.
