Supervisor Maintenance Engineering

This is the role

As Supervisor Maintenance Engineering, your job will be comprising 50% supervision and 50% engineering. You will lead and develop a team of maintenance engineers, implement strategic maintenance practices, and ensure operational excellence at our Moerdijk Site. You'll have around 6 direct reports: Reliability engineers E&I, mechanical engineers and process control engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor the maintenance engineering team;
• Implement strategic maintenance plans; 
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines;
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Deliver results by achieving performance objectives;
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement;
• Grow team capabilities through training and development;
• Promote an inclusive and respectful workplace;
• Ensure asset and reliability management;
• Manage budgets and forecasts;
• Participate in corporate improvement initiatives and call-out schedule.

This is what you bring

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in engineering;
• Proven supervisory experience in maintenance engineering;
• Strong knowledge and experience in asset management and reliability management; 
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Ability to drive results and foster innovation;
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion;
• Fluent English and Dutch.
