As an HR Business Partner you will support the Moerdijk site where you will be located. Besides Moerdijk, you will also partly support the Botlek site. You will be expected to provide end to end HR services to all levels of leadership and employees within its area of responsibility. You will have multiple and diverse challenges on operational level to support the business realizing their goals and objectives. Together with the Senior HR Business Partner of Botlek site, you will work on the HR Ambitions and HR agenda for medium and long term. You will be supported by an HR Assistant, dedicated to the Manufacturing Sites. 

Furthermore, you will build and maintain a constructive relationship with the local works council and manage employee relations in the broader sense. 

A Day in the Life

  • Provide one point of contact for line management and employees at operational level;
  • Facilitate the improvement of quality and delivery of HR processes and data requests.
  • Support the business with various HR related operational matters such as data requests, hiring processes, employee separations, absenteeism, exit interviews, payroll changes, etc.
  • Responsible for the Data Quality of the administration in MyConnection/SAP.
  • Prepare and compile HR data for reports and statistics;
  • Execute and maintain local Policies in cooperation with the Senior HRBP;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to line management ensuring the establishment of best practices, aligned with HR policy procedures and practices, and consistent decision making processes across the lines of business.

You Bring This Value

  • Bachelor's degree with a preference in Human Resources Management;
  • You have experience in HR fundamentals and understanding of Dutch employment laws;
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience within HR as a HR Generalist or HR Advisor.
  • The ability to work with all levels of employees from front line employees to senior management.
  • Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Digital savvy;
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
