This position is responsible for the MFO Blend Schedule, work order consumptions, and process order reconciliation for production. Added responsibilities include assisting logistics in various positions and directly backing up the MFO Raw Material Coordinator. Individual is accountable for reviewing and analyzing resin and raw material for the Mansfield facility blend production and all areas of raw materials Logistics to include reporting/accuracy by supporting the plant in maintaining accurate perpetual inventory records by accounting for all monthly activities and for the reconciliation of those activities. To assure continuity of operations while maximizing the total value of expenditures and minimizing working capital inventories. This person must keep positive working relationships with all areas of the plant as well as other plants. A move to the work mentality is a must. #LI-RH1 

A Day in the Life

- Accountable for personal safety, the safety of co-workers and promoting a safe work environment; responsible for carrying out all work activities in compliance with federal and state environmental regulations.
- Coordination and maintaining of the Blend Schedule    
- Complete raw material consumptions and process order reconciliation for Production
- Perform assisting/back-up functions for logistics as described below for:        
    • MFO Raw Material Coordinator                        
    • MFO Material Handlers
    • MFO Receiving Coordinator
- Maintain acceptable housekeeping
- Other duties as assigned
- Reliability is essential for handling job responsibilities and providing quality customer service; therefore, good attendance and productivity are essential job requirements for this position

You Bring This Value

Education:    
High School Diploma or equivalent
        

Experience:    
1-5 years experience in Purchasing, or Inventory Control, or Production Planning in an MRP environment. 
1-5 year’s experience in inventory control position with knowledge of cycle counting and investigating discrepancies/variances.

Skills: 
Excellent communication skills
Ability to obtain the necessary information and make quick decisions.
Ability to manage shifting priorities, and multi-task.
Attention to detail.
Good desktop computer skills: Word processing (MS-Word) and spreadsheets (MS-Excel). SAP experience preferred.
