Basic Function

Suporte nas atividades desenvolvidas na área comercial

Roles & Responsibilities

Inserir pedidos no sistema e solicitar alterações quando necessário;
Ser o elo de contato comercial entre cliente e empresa;
Auxiliar na obtenção e preenchimento de Forecast;
Enviar aos clientes documentos como, Data Sheet’s, Comunicados, Ficha Cadastral padrão LYB, Relação de documentos e Certificados quando necessários;
Solicitar alterações/correções de cadastros ao Customer Service quando necessário;
Enviar documentos para cadastro em sistema ao Customer Service;
Verificar / confirmar produções com o PCP;
Solicitar cotação de FRETES;
Auxiliar no follow-up de pedidos dos clientes;
Apoio aos vendedores externos;

Min. Qualifications

Cursando superior em Administração, Marketing, Química e áreas correlatadas
Inglês Intermediário
Conhecimentos de informática (Power Point, Excel, Word)
