Logistics Specialist

Basic Function

This position is to support Logistics Manager to manage the Hub movement within different locations in China and purchasing function, send delivery instruction to JVC with weekly volume. Take responsibilities for inventory report, master management, external warehouse management and Invoice checking and payment application.

Roles & Responsibilities
  1.             Manage volumes & coordinate with JV, sales and customer service to ensure materials get sold in a timely manner
  2.             Manage warehouse provider and the products movements in external  warehouse.
  3.             Manage & coordinate with Logistics Service Provider to arrange local or export delivery
  4.             Download data from system and provide daily/monthly Logistics report
  5.             Provide inputs and assistance to CS, sales and customers as required from time to time.
  6.             Follow the company’s rules and policies.
  7.             As the backup to other logistics operation positions
  8.             All other adhoc duties assign by immediate supervisor
Min. Qualifications

Education:

University graduate with a degree in International trading /Logistics, Business, or equivalent  

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in logistics or business related

Other Skills:

  1. Logistics & warehouse arrangement skill in China
  2. Good command of MS Office (excel),  experience of SAP

Languages:

  1. English and Chinese, fluent
