We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor who goes beyond filling requisitions. This role is about building long-term relationships, guiding hiring managers with market insights, and shaping a candidate experience that earns referrals and top ratings. You’ll act as a career coach, a business partner, and a storyteller, connecting roles to purpose and growth.

A Day in the Life

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles. 
  • Source talent through job postings, proactive outreach, networking, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Draup, and Avature. 
  • Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and guide hiring teams through selection. 
  • Develop interview strategy and plans, prepare panels, and ensure inclusive, consistent experiences. 
  • Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and hiring managers. 
  • Prepare compensation worksheets, negotiate offers, and communicate LYB’s value proposition. 
  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams for smooth transitions from offer to start date. 
  • Influence hiring decisions using labor market insights, compensation benchmarks, and internal talent pools. 
  • Guide hiring strategies for passive candidates and internal mobility. 
  • Attend business meetings at operational sites to stay aligned with workforce needs. 
  • Partner regularly with HR Business Partners and other People & Culture Centers of Excellence. 
  • Foster meaningful relationships through transparent communication and career guidance. 
  • Lead interviewing processes that ensure fairness, speed, and quality. 
  • Create a compelling candidate experience that earns referrals and high Glassdoor ratings. 
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using Avature and other CRM tools. 
  • Leverage LYB tools using automation to improve efficiency and focus on high-value advisory work. 
  • Use data to inform sourcing strategies, predict outcomes, and measure success. 
  • Balance metrics with meaningful candidate engagement. 
  • Promote internal talent for open roles and support career mobility. 
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition Office Hours and provide career guidance. 
  • Collaborate on projects to enhance TA processes and tools. 
  • Ensure recruitment activities meet KPIs and SLAs, optimizing for speed, quality, and satisfaction. 

You Bring This Value

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 

 

Work Experience: 

  • 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting 

 

Area of Expertise / Requirements:

  • Typically has 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a global or matrixed organization. 
  • Proven success in client-facing recruiting role and improving speed, quality, and candidate experience. 
  • Experience delivering complex job offers. 
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. 
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM tools like Avature preferred. 
  • A curious mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions. 

 

Languages:  

  • Fluency in Portuguese, Mandarin, or Arabic is a plus.

  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $82,080.00 - $123,120.00 . The selected candidate’s compensation will be determined based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
