The Supply Network Planning Manager, North America (C&LC) is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the Circular & Low Carbon Solutions (C&LC) supply network across North America. The role leads integrated planning, SAP-enabled supply chain processes, network optimization, and asset integration to support business growth and value creation. 

Working closely with Operations, Commercial, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain teams, the role ensures reliable supply, efficient logistics, and optimal value realization across the circular value chain. 

A Day in the Life

• Design and optimize the North American C&LC supply network, including sourcing, production, storage, logistics, and product flows. 
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain processes and SAP/S4HANA capabilities across assets and joint ventures. 
• Drive strategic planning, S&OP, demand and supply planning, and production scheduling. 
• Develop supply chain cost models and identify opportunities to improve network efficiency, service, and profitability. 
• Lead integration of acquired assets and joint ventures while ensuring alignment with corporate standards and governance models. 
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, IT, and Product Stewardship to support business growth and operational excellence. 
• Develop optimization models that maximize value across the circular product portfolio. 
• Build and lead a high-performing supply network planning team as the business expands. 

You Bring This Value

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field. 
• APICS or equivalent certification preferred. 

Experience 

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or Engineering. 
• Proven experience implementing supply chain processes, planning systems, and SAP solutions. 
• Strong knowledge of integrated planning, S&OP, and Lead-to-Cash processes. 
• Experience in multinational organizations; experience in start-up, scale-up, or circular economy environments is a plus. 
• Experience in recycling, polymers, chemicals, or related industries preferred. 

Skills 

• Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Advanced SAP ERP/S4HANA knowledge. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and data analytics tools. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.
