This position provides support to the regional C&LCS Financial Lead Business Development (BD) and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and business partners with valuation analysis of potential acquisition targets and assistance throughout the transaction process (from origination to integration). In addition, the incumbent will provide assistance in the areas of planning, forecasting, and analyzing of financial results. 

A Day In The Life:

  • Provide support with evaluating the merits and risks of investments, acquisitions, divestitures and partnerships, as well as develop accompanying financial and quantitative analysis. 
  • Prepare financial models and valuation analysis for various transactions. 
  • Coordinate and validate input with internal stakeholders (Finance, Tax, Legal, Treasury, Operations, etc.).
  • Participate in due diligence efforts including working with functional teams, external consultants, bankers, and interact with counterparties on multiple transactions. 
  • Provide support with the integration of acquisition targets.
  • Assist with long-range and annual performance planning, forecasting and analyzing financial results. 
  • Provide support in business/ financial presentation preparation for senior management.

You Bring This Value


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Accounting. 
  • MBA or Master’s in Finance.


  • Minimum eight (8)+ years of experience in the areas of corporate finance and corporate development in private equity, investment banking and other industries. 


  • Superior skills in financial modeling and quantitative analysis, use of Excel and PowerPoint and keen attention to detail. Demonstrated experience building financial models. 
  • Practical knowledge of financial statements, accounting, and valuation methodologies. 
  • Problem solving skills and sound judgment. 
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively as a team member. 
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
