Basic Function

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition Operations to join our team at LyondellBasell. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations, the Senior Consultant will play a key role in driving global alignment of talent acquisition processes through enabling systems, tools, and data. The successful candidate will lead global change management initiatives to optimize recruitment operations and support the company's strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Global Process Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization across global talent acquisition operations.
  • System Enablement: Utilize expertise in SuccessFactors and other recruitment technologies to optimize system capabilities and enhance user experience for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Change Management: Lead global change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and tools. Develop communication plans, training materials, and support resources to facilitate successful change implementation.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize tools and technologies to analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Recruitment Technology: Leverage experience in SuccessFactors or other similar applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure seamless implementation and transition processes.  Technology tool integration experience, for example candidate relationship management (CRM).
  • Recruitment Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, including emerging technologies, recruitment marketing strategies, and candidate experience enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR business partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

Min. Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruitment, operations and technology enablement.
  • Extensive experience with SuccessFactors and other recruitment technologies, including system configuration, optimization, and integration. (3+ years)
  • Extensive experience with SuccessFactors and other recruitment technologies, including system configuration, optimization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and Power Automate for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated leadership in leading global change management initiatives and driving process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
