Basic Function

The Operational Readiness (OR) organization has oversight responsibilities for the planning and execution of the completions scope of work pertaining to Global Projects (GP). A key workflow in the completion of many GPs is integration into a Turnaround (TA).  

The Program Manager, TA Integration, leads and influences all GP/TA integrations. The role is the single point of contact for the GP organization to turnaround related capital projects and works closely with individual GP/TA teams and their integration counterpart in the TA organization to meet timelines and prioritize deliverables. The position resides in GP and will require business travel to sites for the preparation and execution of projects that integrate within TAs.

Roles & Responsibilities

•    Provide leadership to enable the organization to achieve GoalZERO HSE performance.
•    Provide leadership to drive GP/TA adoption of the Project Integrations Requirements.
•    Partner with the Manager, Turnaround & Capital Project Integration, NA to:
•    Develop overall turnaround and capital project integration plans 
•    Work with Project Managers, Turnaround Teams and Engineering Contractors to develop recovery plans when deliverable timing is at risk 
•    Work with Project Managers and Turnaround Teams  to develop transition plans to clarify responsibilities between the Capital Project and the Turnaround.
•    Leverage OR framework/rigor knowledge and apply to GP/TA Integrations  
•    Member of the Turnaround Event Management / Steering Teams  
•    Works with GP, TA, and Construction Managers to develop integrated strategies per the position success criteria.
•    Develops, manages, leads, and assists with GP/TA integration improvement efforts
•    Communicates status, key performance indicators and metrics to effected personnel

Min. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical field.  

Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in a process plant or comparable environment is required.  Prior turnaround / project experience strongly preferred.  


Languages: English

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.  SAP, Primavera and PowerBi skills preferred.

Travel: 10% - 30% travel required.
