Basic Function

 

The position reports to the Enterprise Strategy and Planning Sr Manager as a key member of the Digital Transformation and Enterprise Strategy and Planning team.  The Performance and Engagement Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the CDIO and DTLT by providing business advisory, strategic planning, for the Office of the CDIO. This position is designed for an organized, analytical, and proactive individual eager to gain experience in IT leadership, business strategy, and digital transformation. This role combines strategic advisory, project coordination, and performance analysis, to drive digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and foster innovation across the organization. The role will assist in research, project coordination, preparations of reports to support effective decision making and communication, ensuring that the DTLT operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

 

 

  • Conduct research and analysis to provide insights into best practices, competitor landscapes, and potential strategic interventions, including support for benchmarking efforts.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for briefings on business performance, IT investments, and DT status.
  • Assist in developing IT strategies aligned with business objectives and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Act as a liaison between the DT organization and various departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Support change management efforts related to strategic initiatives.
  • Support the Sr Director of Transformation, Enterprise Strategy and Planning in tracking and coordinating various technology initiatives across departments to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather information, monitor progress, and prepare periodic updates for senior leadership.
  • Assist in scheduling and managing meetings with stakeholders, creating agendas, and documenting key actions and takeaways.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy and Planning teams to design and implement strategies that align IT objectives with overall business goals.
  • Analyze IT performance metrics and compile data for quarterly and annual reviews to assess the impact of technology investments.
  • Track KPIs related to IT performance, budget, and project outcomes, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Provide communication and engagement plan for the Digital Technology (DT) organization and implement.

Min. Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technology, consulting, or Operating Office support role preferred.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with an interest in business strategy and IT innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with senior executives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
