The role is a sales and business development position with the purpose to sell and grow profitably CirculenRecover products within North America. Key responsibility is to develop new business and drive sales growth of CirculenRecover (100% PCR & Single Pellet Solutions), increase total value creation, manage the order-to-cash process and improve customer satisfaction at customers within the North American region.

A Day In The Life:

  • Develop and grow sales of CirculenRecover (100% PCR & SPS) in North America. 
  • Drive for results and achieve sales and pricing objectives at the customer in terms of contribution margin, volume, customer share, cost management, bad debt and working capital in order to maximizes the total value creation for the business.
  • Ensures a consistent and effective execution of the business strategy at the customer and make recommendations on potential improvements.
  • Will own and manage a number of customer accounts nationally, in addition will collaborate and provide support to the Polymers Sales team in developing and growing sales of CirculenRecover.  
  • Establish solid relationships with the regional sales team to grow sales, coordinate commercial activities so that relevant market information is captured and the voice of the customer is represented to the business. Additionally develops an effective network with business management, quality, technical service, supply chain, customer service, credit, tax, legal and financial services.
  • Helps in closing customer claims in a timely manner.
  • Respects all policies and procedures and proactively “lives” them.
  • Provides regular up-dates on market intelligence and competitive movements to the business in the trading area in order to deliver the basis of current and future business decisions.

You Bring this Value:


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Sciences, Engineering, Marketing or Business Management.

Work Experience: 

  • Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in Sales and/or Business Development.
  • Experience in selling Circular or Specialty Polymers is required for this role.
  • Must have a demonstrable track record of success in New Business Development and Account Management. 
  • Must have experience in leading a cross functional team in a “Team Selling” approach.   
  • Must be willing to work and travel early/after-hours as needed to complete position requirements.
  • Business Travel expected is 30%.
