Basic Function
Sr. Product Analyst is a key position in the delivery of business solutions from information technology. The Sr. Product Analyst, through continuous consultation with the business counterparts gathers requirements and proposes solutions within his area of expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities
This position reports to the IT Product Lead and supports other IT Product Team Analysts. Working with business and external stakeholders, Sr. Product Analyst is responsible for full solution development cycle – from requirements gathering to delivery, test, acceptance and deployment.
Specific areas of responsibility and influence include:
- Maintain SAP HCM PA and OM modules and Employee Central to SAP HCM Employee data replication processes.
- Lead interface design, development and support existing outbound and inbound interfaces from both SAP ECC and SuccessFactors EC
- Driving innovation within SuccessFactors Suite using new technologies like SAP BTP
- Work closely with AMS partner on incidents, enhancements and problems management (internal and SAP)
- Collaborate with other product team members to continuously improve replication processes and minimize errors.
- Consulting with COE teams and provide technical specs to develop customized solutions.
- Validates unit testing of changes (configuration, custom development, etc.) in development and staging environments, including regression testing of functionality that may be impacted by change.
- Gathers and performs thorough analyses of all the information available.
- Maintains relationship with product team and business using excellent communication.
- Validate Business UAT before changes move to production environment.
Min. Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
- 7+ years of combined configuration experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience with Core Hybrid SF deployment landscape
- Understanding of standard and custom replication methods
- Minimum two full lifecycle implementation experience
- Experience in EC Data models and ability to configure.
- Experience in configuration of Outbound Interface files from the Integration Center
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Goal driven; action oriented.

- Understand the drivers of organizational change and interdependencies among all the moving parts.
- Value Oriented, understands technology is a tool with overriding goal of business success.
- Partners closely with business partners to analyze new projects and readiness for governance decisions and provides transparency of portfolio investments.
- More than an "order taker” they are demand shapers – stimulating, surfacing and shaping business demand.
- Well-grounded in Service Management – represent IT to the business.
- Communicate and defend IT policies and standards, and understand how IT services benefit the business.
This position conducts business in more than 6 countries or in areas/communities that have strong, unique ethnic/cultural traditions. Domestic and international travel of 5 % is anticipated.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active certifications for Success Factors not required but are a plus
- Consulting firm experience, directly working for Big 4 firms supporting enterprise clients.
- Chemical/Energy industry background is a plus
- Exposure to Agile frameworks, SCRUM or KANBAN
- The candidate must have the ability to be detail oriented and strong analytical skills
- A strong sense of positive in natured, proactive approach, and a solid focus on delivery the results
