Basic Function

The IT Product Analyst is a key position in the discovery and delivery of business solutions from Information Technology. The IT Product Analyst, through continuous consultation with the functional expert, builds a good understanding of business operations and is capable of supporting integration framework existing within IT supply chain. The IT Product Analyst will assist Product teams in supporting the integration platforms, design patterns and communication protocols.

The IT Product Analyst is an individual contributor working in collaboration with Integration team. The role will be responsible for leading and providing Integration support within L2C to ensure operational reliability and supporting new projects in the roadmap. The IT Product Analyst must ensure the full systems lifecycle process is adhered to, overseeing solutions through the entire implementation process. 

The IT Product Analyst reports to the IT Product Team Manager and supports other Product Teams with cross team collaboration.  This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a trusted business relationship driving the greatest possible business value from ITS investments.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with various development teams to understand the system integration needs and requirements, document those requirements, and create functional prototypes to address them
  • Works closely with Integration team to understand the integration framework and incorporate those learnings to support Lead to Cash Project teams
  • Participates in solution design activities with client groups in a specific business area to create and to  document the business requirements
  • Assist in troubleshooting difficult technical issues
  • Develops test cases and performs testing to ensure requirements are met for system modifications or data extracts
  • Learn and support versioning and deployment of integration source code including source control management, branching, tagging, etc.
  • Support in developing and review integration architecture plans, code reviews, security reviews, and cross-training
  • Maintain existing integrations with an eye to continuous automation and improvement
  • Seeks systemic solutions for recurring problems

Min. Qualifications

  • 6+ years on .NET Core, C#, Web API, Entity Framework, Swagger / OPEN API, ODATA
  • 6+ years on Logic Apps, Function Apps, App Services, Blob Storage, Key-Vault
  • 6+ years on Azure SQL (PAAS), Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions, XSLT / Liquid maps, Schema
  • 6+ years of SAP experience
  • Experience in developer tools such as Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, Postman, SOAPUI, Azure Dev Ops - Pipelines, Releases, Boards, Sprints, Testing
  • Involved in full application development lifecycle (i.e., requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, build, installation, documentation, and code management).
  • Experience working within an Agile development environment.
  • Experiences with design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications, application security
  • Excellent and professional communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to articulate complex topics in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT discipline
  • Knowledge of B2B and A2A integrations, ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standard
  • Knowledge of EDI document types such as 850, 855, 810, 856, 830, 860, ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, DELFOR, DELJIT
  • Knowledge of EDI trading partner onboarding process - setup and test Inbound & Outbound EDI trading partners and agreements in Azure for new EDI transactions
  • Ability to provide analysis and specifications for new EDI documents and changes to existing documents in accordance with ANSI X12 EDI / EDIFACT standards
