Basic Function

The HRMS Analyst – Talent Acquisition is a member of the Global HRMS Team responsible for supporting maintenance, enhancements and administration of talent acquisition processes within SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules. The role requires advanced system and business process knowledge and the ability to work and liaise with the HR and IT organizations. 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support management and administration of global SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding systems
  • Support Success Factors Onboarding 2.0 implementation and administration
  • Use best practices and knowledge of internal and/or external business issues to improve systems: explore, evaluate, recommend, and help design new features and functionalities to streamline processes and continuous system improvements
  • Liaise between HR COEs, Business organization(s) and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements/user stories
  • Manage User Stories as member of the product team - from creation, to testing, to completion (training, knowledge share)
  • Document and validate business requirements for enhancements
  • Perform exports and imports of data as required, includes preparing and analyzing data files for load accuracy
  • Ensure processes, communications and reporting strictly comply with data privacy standards
  • Provide tier 2 support to HRMS Operations, and serve as a subject matter expert for Recruiting and Onboarding systems
  • Backup support for other SuccessFactors modules as needed
  • Ensure compliance with audit controls and regulations across multiple functions 
  • Mentor, educate, and train HRMS team members as well as business users on HRMS systems

Min. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Information Systems or related field
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of total work experience, including five (5) years of HRMS related systems work experience
  • Recruiting and Onboarding system administration experience for Global enterprise in SuccessFactors or similar HCM system
  • Exposure to global HR organizations and talent acquisition business processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus

  • SAP Success Factors certification preferred – Employee Central, Recruiting, or Onboarding 
  • SAP Success Factors Onboarding 2.0 implementation experience
