A Day in the Life
As an HR Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we use data to drive people decisions and business outcomes. This position is part of a global HR Reporting & Analytics team that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will transform complex HR data into actionable insights that empower leaders and enhance employee experiences.

You Bring This Value
- Deliver Insightful Reporting: Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports that provide leaders with timely, accurate, and meaningful workforce insights.
- Analyze & Interpret Data: Dive deep into HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, surveys, etc.) to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Partner with HR and business leaders to define key metrics and KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
- Visualize & Communicate: Present data in clear, compelling ways using visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, turning numbers into stories that drive action.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain high standards for data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with global regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Innovate & Improve: Continuously look for ways to automate, streamline, and enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Support Ad-Hoc Needs: Respond quickly to custom reporting requests, providing tailored insights for strategic initiatives.
What We Offer
- Experience: 5+ years in HR analytics, reporting, or a related field, with proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics tool (Python, R, or similar). Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
- Communication: Ability to translate technical data into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Preferred: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Human Capital Management systems.
