Come Join an Inclusive Team

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to lead our Supply Chain Center of Excellence team for the domain Business Planning. As a Manager, you will manage a team of four people (two in Houston, two in Rotterdam) and you’ll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of strategic Supply Chain solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior leaders across the organization to design and implement process improvements, analyze data to inform decision-making, and develop best-in-class Supply Chain practices, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a high level of stress resistance and the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic supply chain environment.

A Day in the Life

You will play a key leadership role in the rollout and adoption of the OnePlan planning initiative, ensuring that business planning processes, governance, and ways of working are clearly defined, standardized, and embedded across regions. The role acts as the bridge between Business Planning requirements and OnePlan capabilities, driving sustainable adoption and value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a global team of analysts in developing and implementing strategic supply chain solutions
  • Serve as the primary COE liaison to senior stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and mutual benefit, to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Implement supply chain strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives. Responsible for process maturity progression
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Responsible for the intake, assessment, implementation and/or disposition of new requests from stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously. Identify and mitigate risks associated with complex supply chain projects.
  • Act as the primary planning business owner for OnePlan within the Global Supply Chain COE. Define and own end to end planning process standards and governance to be enabled through OnePlan
  • Partner closely with IT, Data & Analytics, and the OnePlan program team to translate business requirements into scalable planning solutions
  • Drive business readiness, adoption, and value realization for OnePlan, including change management, training alignment, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure OnePlan capabilities are embedded into day to day planning decision making, not treated as a parallel system or project deliverable
  • Creates the strategic roadmap and owns the project portfolio in the respective domain, including timelines and budgets. Resolve cross functional conflicts and drive prioritization for the pipeline of initiatives
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure continuous improvement across the end‑to‑end supply chain, by identifying improvement opportunities, guiding specialists in solution development, and removing organizational barriers
  • Stay-up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the field of supply chain management and stimulate your team to do the same
  • Foster a performance driven culture based on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and lead through influence.
  • Lead change management and organizational design efforts by guiding teams through transitions, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring new structures, processes, and ways of working are successfully adopted across the supply chain
  • Effectively manage competing priorities and urgent requests while maintaining a Remain calm and solution-oriented when faced with unexpected supply chain disruptions or tight deadlines. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Continuously learn and apply new skills to adapt to evolving job requirements and organizational goals.

The role can be filled in either our Houston or Rotterdam office.
