This program aims to enhance your leadership skills as well as your understanding of the various disciplines that ensure successful project delivery. Here are some of the rotational opportunities:

Project Engineering
•    Focus on engineering deliverables for capital projects. 
•    Interface with engineering partners to ensure quality, timeliness, and implementation of LYB engineering standards. 

Project Controls
•    Develop baseline cost estimates and project schedules for strategic global projects.
•    Analyze project cost and schedule data to prepare accurate forecasts for achieving on-target results.
•    Engage with diverse project teams to effectively manage and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Procurement and Contracts
•    Assist in developing bid packages for engineered equipment and construction contracts.
•    Evaluate supplier and contractor proposals for “best fit” and total cost of ownership.
•    Perform factory visits to expedite supplier deliveries.

Health, Safety and Environmental
•    Develop and maintain safety policies to minimize risk, outline safety procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal occupational health and safety laws.
•    Function as a safety resource for project personnel in the field.
•    Complete and analyze life-critical and other safety assessments.

Construction Engineering
•    Develop and review construction plans for logical sequence of activities, realistic durations, constructability, and safety. 
•    Ensure field construction meets LYB engineering standards and project specifications.

Requirements:

• Completed or nearing completion of a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or an equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• Must graduate in either December 2024 or May 2025
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.Hybrid
