Basic Function

The Early Career TA Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive campus recruitment strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent from leading universities. This role involves managing campus recruitment teams, planning and executing events, building strong relationships with university stakeholders, and continuously refining strategies based on data-driven insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Design and drive effective campus recruitment strategic framework aligned with the company's talent acquisition goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies based on market trends and feedback.

2. Campus Engagement:

  • Manage overall campus recruiting strategy and budget – partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to align on strategic investments 
  • Manage communications to key stakeholders on campus strategy and align external messaging and training to all brand ambassadors attending university events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key universities, including career services, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other campus recruitment activities.

3. Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure diversity and equity in the recruitment process.
  • Track and report on diversity metrics and initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with internal diversity and inclusion teams to align recruitment efforts with company goals.

4. Build Brand:

  • Lead team in identification of campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews and ways to grow brand presence on campus.
  • Ensure and maintain brand presence on relevant early career platforms that reach the target audience 
  • Ensure events and materials are engaging, well-organized, and aligned with the company's employer brand.

5. Team Management:

  • Lead a team of Early Career Specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Manage performance and track performance metrics of campus teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Ensure recruitment team members are well-trained and equipped to represent the company effectively at all types of events

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including application rates, interview-to-offer ratios, and acceptance rates.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on recruitment progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine recruitment processes and strategies.

Min. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in university recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and develop successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with business leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Willing to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for specific disciplines such as engineering, business, or technology.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific talent needs and university recruitment best practices.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools.
