These responsibilities encompass the range of the to-be formed hybrid mozaique of Circular & Low Carbon assets, JV’s and interfaces with other business assets, as well as the interface to corporate disciplines such as Supply Chain and IT/SAP. In terms of the integration and modelling of acquired assets, embed the arms-length principles in the process and system integration.

Develop and manage the US team of supply network managers and supply network planners to execute these responsibilities and interface with the diversity of internal stakeholders and external assets and JV’s.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, implement and manage the Circular & Low Carbon Solutions supply network:

  • Supply Network – design, build and plan:
    • Design and manage the overall network from waste, advanced sorting centers, MR plants, interface to O&P and APS, CR plants and output (via ISCC+ mechanism) to O&P/I&D or APS assets
    • Develop different models for JV’s (input or output planning), C&LC assets (full planning) and O&P/APS/I&D assets (interface to their planning)

    • Drive the integration of supply chain processes and systems for the US Supply Network
    • Define, design and implement the supply chain and product quality (ERP registration) processes of JV’s (interfacing) and C&LC assets: which processes to implement locally, centrally; how to implement these in legacy system or SAP
    • Take into account the diversity and (non) existence of processes at JV’s or acquired assets, and match these processes to feed the interface to either C&LC processes or O&P/APS order-to-cash process
    • Build the overall C&LC network in SAP. Define (any) tools to manage the S&OP
    • Liaise with Finance for all these aspects, as the C&LC financial and supply chain processes need to take place in 1 SAP system
  • Asset Model
    • Tune the supply chain processes and system to the arm’s length governance model for own assets (most extensive) and JV’s for: procure to pay, production, order-to-cash (interface with O&P/APS), quality management (registration)
    • Liaise with other disciplines for above set-up
      • SAP/IT for local SAP/IT requirements
      • Supply Chain
    • Specifically, for acquired (SME) assets, design and develop different levels of integration compliant with the overall chosen structure.

    • Span of control of optimization: entire value chain of incoming waste over intermediate products (output advanced sorting centers) further to:
      • MR: flakes or pellets, finished products directly to customers, in-line compounds by O&P assets, compounds by APS
      • CR: mass balance of pyroil, via optimization of ISCC+ value towards O&P, I&D or APS
    • Liaise with Finance to set up overall margin model
    • Liaise with Marketing / Commercial for potential value
  • ISCC+
    • Supervise the organisation, planning process and system implementation
      • Roles and processes in line with C&LC planning processes and globally uniform
      • Overall mass balance and administrative process and system
  • Team management
    • Develop and manage the US team of supply network managers and operational team members to execute these responsibilities, and interface with the diversity of internal stakeholders and external assets and JV’s
