The purpose of the job is to Assist the Manager – Stock Plan Administration and Sr. Manager Executive Compensation in:
- Support the day-to-day functions of the Exec. Compensation team with stock plan admin., proxy reporting, and other various tasks are required
- Administer executive compensation programs including executive salary surveys, annual and long-term incentive programs, deferred compensation, ESPP, etc
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate executive services programs including RSU, Stock Options, and Performance Share programs for applicable events including new hires, terminations, retirements, annual deferral elections, dividend equivalent payments, and incentive plan payments
- Administrate the global Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) activities for enrollment, purchases and reporting
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation to review accuracy of equity and transaction data
- Prepare and maintain procedural documents for all equity administration processes, including audits
- Keep accurate equity compensation reporting for SOX Compliance and other internal and external reporting; assist in preparation of any SEC filings
- Support process improvement and automation opportunities
- Communicate new executive compensation plans and changes to existing plans by preparing announcement materials, booklets, and other media
- Counsel employees and colleagues regarding equity and executive compensation issues
- Respond to questions and requests in a timely and professional manner
Min. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred majors in finance, accounting, economics, human resources or related degrees)
- Minimum five years of progressive experience in the field of executive compensation or in a related professional services field such as accounting, tax, legal or consulting
- Proficiency to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong oral and written communication, planning and organizational skills with a critical focus on the ability to convey complex matters in plain English
- Project management skills including project plan development, monitoring issues and resolution coordination, activity prioritization, etc., a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative style, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and exceptional attention to detail
- Capable of taking a company-wide perspective, with the ability to see the “bigger picture” to champion change
