As a member of our Dynamic APS Team, you will play a critical role in helping us supply our products to a global customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an accurate and timely domestic and/or export order fulfillment process for customers. During a typical day, you may receive orders, check product availability, coordinate secure product transportation and delivery, and ensure accurate invoicing.

A Day in the Life
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the domestic and/or export order fulfillment process for complex accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer order-related issues.
- Establish relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, clearly understand customer habits, requirements, and order patterns.
- Effectively deliver and facilitate communication across sales, marketing, operations, and transportation to provide answers to price inquiries, product availability, and transportation requirements. Proactively provide solutions to time-sensitive needs.
- Communicate shipping schedules and details to plant/storage location personnel and business management as needed.
- Assure accuracy of all order fulfillment master data in SAP and extended systems.
- Demonstrate independent knowledge of the Enterprise system (SAP), extended system tools, and assist customers/stakeholders and team members with full utilization of e-commerce tools.
- Operate with a solution-oriented mindset with regard to process improvements; Assist with change implementation for extended system improvements or other customer fulfillment projects.
- Partner with peers to provide solutions, guidance to resolve customer or business related problems.
- Model LyondellBasell core competencies with internal and external customers.
You Bring This Value
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ relevant, industry-related experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. Will consider candidates with a High School Diploma that have at least 8 years’ relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong problem solving abilities.
- Knowledge of transportation tracking systems, e-commerce systems, inventory management tools, and an understanding of the manufacturing/production process.
- Must demonstrate effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Able to maintain professionalism and prioritize responsibilities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Composed in time-sensitive situations, comfortable delivering difficult news.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with extended tools.
- Comfortable manipulating and analyzing data.
- Experience with ERP software such as SAP is strongly desired.
