Your work will be pivotal in managing contracts, optimizing costs, and eliminating risks—allowing our operations to run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Negotiate & Manage Contracts: Define requirements, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with LyondellBasell’s control guidelines.
• Supplier Relations: Oversee the contract administration process, including supplier setup and pricing maintenance.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and compose bid specifications that meet internal customer needs and analyze bid responses to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Spend Analysis: Identify and develop strategic sourcing initiatives through detailed spend data analysis, working collaboratively with Category Managers to drive implementation.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (or soon to be) in Supply Chain or a related field
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with SAP, spreadsheets, databases, graphics, statistical forecasting, and modeling.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
